Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Since each hoodie and t-shirt is produced in-house using DTF transfers, small variations in processing time may occur. Orders may also be fulfilled on weekends and holidays depending on order volume.

Pre-orders will follow the schedule stated on the product page. Any item marked as a pre-order will ship once production is completed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is available by special request only.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on orders under $30

  • Free Shipping: Orders $30+

  • Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout (rates vary based on carrier and destination)

Shipping carriers are selected automatically based on item weight and best transit times.
Lighter items typically ship USPS; heavier apparel ships UPS.


Tracking Information

All orders come with a tracking number. Once the carrier has accepted the package, tracking updates are the responsibility of the carrier.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS if needed.

If a package is delayed or lost in transit, the carrier is responsible for resolution.
We will provide support, but we cannot refund orders that are lost or delayed by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
We do not replace items damaged during shipping unless the error was on our part.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for sizing issues only.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanging an item.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can walk you through the process.


Signature on Delivery

For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package reaches the correct recipient.


Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready.
Estimated ship dates for pre-orders will always be listed on the product page.
